Fritz invited us to meet in a special fluffy room. Since we have been successful in removing a stelae he has asked us to accompany him to a conference in a place called Hong Kong. We are to help him ask people for funding to aid in our war against the high lords. We are also to research the rumors that this area of the Earth has been invaded but shows no obvious reality change.

Min Wong a translator who is knowledgeable in many languages met us at the airport to take us to the meeting place. We stayed with Fritz while he set up meetings. I got an amazing new bow at the weapons area. As we were leaving several people arrived and attempted to kill us. They were unsuccessful.

We discovered that they were sent in an attempt to frame the Insidious Woo-Han. We met with Woo-Han, who told us he would give us information about a new high lord whose realm is capable of spreading a terrible illness. For the information we must retrieve reality bombs that were stolen from him. He convinced us that it would be very bad for the new high lord of a realm called Pan-Pacifica to keep and use the reality bombs which would spread the infection anywhere they were used.

So we went searching for the bombs. I contacted a follower from facebook to gain help in locating the place suspected of hiding the bombs. The boy-child helped us to the location but then proved to have vile intentions regarding our personal relationship.

11/12/17: Meeting with Fritz. He introduced Dr. Mara Hachi, a young human woman who appears
to be from a similar place as Kenji. She works for a human man named Quinn Sebastian who is the
head of the Delphi Council, a group of Storm Knights from Earth who are fighting the high lords. Fritz is thinking about our group joining the Delphi Council, I do not know enough yet to agree or disagree
to this plan. The man, Quinn Sebastian, troubles me because he is said to have the ability to anticipate the moves of the high lords without magic. We have been asked to find an artifact used by the high lords called a stelae and destroy it. Dr. Hachi explained to us that these stelae are attached to darkness devices. Darkness devices allow high lords to consume possibility energy. Apparently, darkness devices are sentient and may control the high lord using them. The stelae are created by the darkness device and transform the earth into the high lord’s cosm. Ripping up and destroying the stelae allows the earth and those living around it to return to normal. The only time this can be done safely for the ordinary residents who have been changed by the stelae is to be done shortly after great deeds by storm knights have been done in the area. If not done during this timeframe the ordinary people will die when being changed back to core earthers.
So we are to return to the area where we just came from. Dr. Hachi says that our deed done while rescuing Professor Yven are being told throughout the area making it possible for us to attack and possibly destroy a stelae in the area.
We flew in the stolen airplane to a place called Alexandrea where a stelae is suspected to be located. After searching the area we discovered a temple under the ocean that had to be traveled to by portal. Once there we battled changed humans, undead, serpents, a priestess, and an enchanted statue. In the end the stelae was destroyed and the earth and humans surrounding the area were returned to normal. We had to escape the temple under the ocean in a strange, small vehicle that swims because the portal to return was not reactivated.

TORG Eternity Session 2

We completed our work in Moscow and discovered we will need to head into the Blasted Lands. I do not look forward to visiting an irradiated landscape but the gaijin say they can avoid the radiation. We will see. First, we have to acquire a vehicle. This should be a simple matter in Tharkold; we take one. Some want to try talking but I do not like the idea of revealing that we are the ones that have the vehicle. I will keep my tongue in my head and see how this course of action plays out.

The vehicle acquisition went well. I am mildly surprised. The trip into the Blasted Lands has been uneventful to this point…well, I spoke too soon. I was literally writing this to you and we encountered a camp site where we were attacked by some sort of feral bear-abomination, two in fact. They were simple to dispatch, unthinking brutes with no style. We found tire tracks leading from the camp and will follow them in the morning. For now we are resting here though it makes me uneasy given the evidence of what happened to the last group who stopped here. I will not sleep well tonight.

The tire tracks led to some sort of compound. I thought it wise to infiltrate the compound and investigate before approaching but the gaijin dismissed this idea. I did it anyway. They are some sort of people called Bikuni of the Way. I do not know what “way” they mean but it is how they call themselves. I offered to eliminate a guard post to enter their camp and assault them but again they decided to talk first. These gaijin are strange. At any rate, this conversation may have been the right course of action after all. I shall have to mediate on when diplomacy is called for and when action is correct.

The leader here is a woman. This cosm will never dominate. Her name is Vada she says she has valuable information about our target, Evan Belenchuck and is willing to trade that information for our services in dispatching an enemy in the region. I privately pondered what it might take to torture the information from her but I do not believe she would break. Whatever else these Bakuni are, they seem highly motivated to their cause. They might be valuable allies but in a shock troop roll only. I do not see them as great strategic partners.

The task Vada wants in exchange for what she knows is dispatching a formidable foe, a Tharkold demon alpha who controls this region. He should be a worthy opponent. He’ll never know what hit him. Oddly enough this Vada-woman has offered to accompany us on this mission. She may be a woman but she seems to understand honor. Oh, she is also a psi Sensei so if you have cause to encounter her or send anyone to meet with her they should be accompanied by a Shirudo.

The assault was originally planned as a straight forward frontal assault. I privately did not like this plan but a good shinobi follows the lead of his Daimyo or his representative and I am not in command. Fortunately, the gaijin recognized the usefulness of my abilities and allowed me to infiltrate the compound and plant two powerful explosive devices; one to break the outer wall and another to gain access to the demon’s inner sanctum. Vada’s people were tasked with absorbing the heavy losses of keeping the enemy’s ashigaru busy while I opened a breach for the gaijin and assaulted the alpha.

Things were going very well until a part of the ceiling collapsed separating one of the gaijin, Maxamillian from the rest of us. He acquitted himself well standing toe to toe with the alpha alone for some time and not dying. He also seems to understand the value of a good shinobi and appears to have some means. Should Windslersan not work out or be killed perhaps he would be a good Daimyo? We shall see.

By the time we were able to break through the rubble and reuinte the team Maxamillian and a man from the cyber papacyThomas were nearly dead. Thomas has his uses but he seems preoccupied with something and I’m not sure what. Perhaps it is his over-infatuation with his mythology or maybe it is a side effect of corrupting the body with electronics. Who can tell.

At any rate, I managed to distract the demon long enough to secure a hold on him with my mind. He choked out shortly thereafter as I cut off his wind. I have his weapon Sensei. A vicious chain not unlike the rope dart johyo you so effectively wield. It is too large and heavy to be an effective weapon for shinobi but perhaps a smaller version?

With the alpha defeated, Vada divulged her information as she said she would. She is honorable after all and did a fine job in battle…for a woman. Vada’s information points to the Nile Empire and a man called Ali “the gunslinger” Bayan. Apparently Sulaman Hasan in Cairo runs some kind of newspaper and has or had a reported inside the gang that kidnapped Belenchuck. We must travel to the Nile Empire Cairo (this core earth realm has a Cairo too) and make contact with this Sulaman so we can find the gunslinger.

We successfully arrived in NE Cairo, met with Sulaman, and he sent us to meet iwth Ali Bayan’s club where we will be able to meet with the undercover reporter. Incidentally, one of the gaijin women, Maarika can apparently make men do anything she wants. Be cautious around her and certainly either be accompanied by a Shirudo or be shielded yourself. Also, we have a mysterious Tharkold companion who goes by the name “Dead Eye” who is a capable psionicist as well…and quite good with firearms.

Unfortunately, when we met with the reporter, someone else either wanted him as well but they were willing to kill him rather than let us talk to him. I’m not sure where this will lead us next but to this point we are making progress. Windslersan is pleased to this point I believe but accomplishing this task is taking more time than I’d anticipated. I hope we can move faster and not disappoint our Daimyo. I do not wish to bring dishonor to the Iga no Mono.

Playing with fire

We are need of a car, so our Russian spy code name Deadeye tries to intimidate the poor man at the rental station. After much debate and laughter, on my part, we “procure” a vehicle. Tomas, being a bit paranoid, starts looking for a tracker on the car. He does not trust these people. We need to get to the blasted lands and this is taking too long. We all finally load into the car, but we have to stop in St. Petersburg for some supplies. After some shopping, Deadeye is out $2250.
There is so much destruction in this poor area. I feel bad for the people that used to live here. When we find Belinchuck’s camp, we find it emptied and overturned. Someone has come and clean it out and our professor is still missing. Teagan starts tracking to see where Belinchuck has been taken, when all of a sudden we are attacked by a bear, make that 2 bears. These bears have been transformed. They have some cyber wear on them. After we had taken care of the bear, Teagan tells us that there are some tracks we need to follow. The tracks lead to an industrial park that is surrounded by a fence.
Veda comes out to meet us and tells us she does not have Belinchuck, but will give us information regarding his whereabouts. She needs our help to take out a demon and his minions before she will answer our questions. We told them we will help but we get first pick of the hoard. Veda wants to do a full frontal assault. She wants to blow up the walls and buildings where the demon is hiding in. Our people place some explosives on the front gate and in we go. The big boss comes out, the thralls, come out, and the fighting starts.
We killed them, we killed them all!
After the fighting is done we sell our have back to Veda for $3000. She explains what happened to Belinchuck. Veda came across his camp while Belinchuck is being kidnapped by Ali “The Gunslinger” Byon and an undercover reporter working for Suleamon Hussan in the Nile Empire, so I guess we are going home.
The Nile Empire
I know Suleamon Hussan he has a basement office in a warehouse. He owns a paper that tries to expose Pharaoh Mobius. When I knock on the door the secretary answers and we have to push passed her. I need to speak with Suleamon Hussan. He won’t talk to us, so I have to put on my charm and use mind control. As soon as I do I get the answers I want. I know that his undercover reporters name is Gazie Rafeck. Hussan is going to set up a meeting with him and us at The Cairo Club.
We easily get to the club, Hussan gave us the password to get in. We are lead to a nice table and the music is great. Gazie comes to our table and starts speaking to us. He tells us that the “Gunslinger” has Belinchuck. He is holding him hostage for…we never find out as poor mister Rafeck has been shot. As we look towards the back of the club we see a man in a black trench coat heading out the back door. We all start to go after him, but I trip over my dress. By the tie I finally get to my feet and to the back door. I see two dead mean holding tommy guns, and Max and another man in hand to hand combat. I control Max’s guy and then he knocks him out. Teagan jumps off the roof and helps Kinji with his guys. We hear police sirens, so we take the two men hostage, and drive away.

Teagan Everleigh journal entry 1

This world is beyond strange. I am awed at the human’s technology which is inundated with their curious fascination with nudity and cats.

I have been conscripted by a human, Fritz Wissler, to work against the high Lords invading this world. He has named us Storm Knights.

The others I am currently aligned with are an eclectic group of humans.

Plain words have strange, dual meanings here. Burning does not always mean fire. It can also mean to be rid of a thing.

We attended a place called a dance club to gather information. Though the ritualistic dancing appeared to be more like a place of torture. The humans voluntarily tortured each other in some sort of bizarre mating ritual. Metal chains and whips made of leather were used but I saw no clubs, that is not to say that they weren’t employed by some in an area unseen.

TORG Eternity Session 1

I have acquired a new Daimyo, Fritz Windsler. He is from Core Earth, a place they call Germany and he seems to be a capable man of means. He has assembled a diverse group of gaijin he believes can help him repel the other cosms invading their own. He wishes us to venture to a place called Moscow where the Tharkhold bridge has taken root and find a man named Evan Belenchuck.

I will write more later,

Belenchuck seems to be dabbling with seishin technology, a blending of modern and spirit. I am dubious of its use but Daimyo Windsler believes it can help his people in their war against those who seek to invade their cosm. It might help us too in removing Kanawa from Nippon so that we might better our people’s lives. His purposes align with ours for now so I will serve him.

We successfully crossed into Moscow and I have taken my first prize, though it was not a Tharkold demon. Apparently Daimyo Windsler is not the only one after heir Belenchuck. Warriors serving the cyber pope followed one of our number and attacked. Even though these gaijin know little of honor and the ways of true battle, they work well together in their own fashion. We made short work of our attackers and while I cannot take all the credit for my trophy I did strike the killing blow and claimed my prize.

We have met a man here who believes he is in charge of this region and has set himself up as it’s Daimyo. I do not trust him but he has required us to check in with him if we operate in his region. You can find him at the Crucible Night Club. His name is Mikiahal Odinoosa. Treat him as a Daimyo for now as he has been helpful.

Day 1: The day the Earth was invaded

I have been asked to meet with the leader of the Storm Knights headquarters. I have met with some people that are helping this world send the invaders back to where they came from. Some of them are quite weird looking, one almost glows. The leader of this society is named Fritz. He has given us some history of what is going on in this world. Many worlds have come to invade Earth. One High Lord did not make it to this world because the people of that country fought him off. In some parts of the world, the dead walk among the living.
Professor Yevin Belinchuck was sent into Moscow to follow up on some tech. He has stopped communicating with this organization. Fritz is going to send us into Moscow and promises to send us reinforcements. The girl with the big ears had a lot of questions. The train ride was very long with all of the questions. We finally made it to our destination. A big sign said “Welcome to Tharkold” That was a nasty storm, but we made it safely to the other side. We are on own way to Belinchuck’s apartment. The door is locked. Maximillian tries to call the Professor, it goes to an answering service. KSuji picks the lock and opens the door.
Holy Crap the Russian spoke in my mind. I don’t like that. He needs to get out of my head. His apartment was ransacked. He had a computer that someone has snapped in half. I gave it to Tomas and KSuji, they are going to figure out how to see what is inside of it. Some luggage his missing.
We go down to the local store and use a computer. We need to find out what is on this “jump drive” KSuji is stalling the salesmen. They are not communicating well at all, but it is funny to watch. Then KSuji disappears, it was awesome. Apparently we have to go the blasted lands because the professor needed to find some parts for his projects. We need to find the professor so we have to follow his lead. Tomas told us we were being followed. An average looking man with salt and pepper hair, mid 40’s in a suit.
And then the fight begins…we have to deal with 2 church police and the guy following us. This just became its own storm. The Russian blew the 2 church police apart…they are all over the place. One of them had a chip in his head. I don’t really know what a chip is, but I heard that the Cyber papacy likes to install them into people. We bring the first follower back to his hotel room and look through his room. He has a computer in his room, some orders on the professor, and some of his notes. They lost him after the mafia made contact with him. They saw him being followed by a “Secret Asian Man”, wearing silken robes. They know where the mafia is located a club called The Crucible. Mikel Odenusa is the owner of the Crucible and is a bad guy. We have to go “clubbing”, I guess that means we are going to a night club. Teagan says, " I don’t own a club" We head to the club. The Russian has a contact to get into the club. It is Sasha, Mikel’s cousin. We tell him who and what were are looking for. He tells us that they dropped the professor off in the blasted land and he gave us the location and a map for the professor.
